Not a great week...

Found out our arbitration is being postponed from next week all the way until November. I was looking forward to getting it over with, as was my wife. It's emotionally damaging, and this doesn't help...

On a much better note, Oliver started his first day of school today. It's a once-a-week class until next year, when it will be 2 days per week. I picked him up this afternoon, he had a great time. He's so friendly and outgoing with all the other little kids.

Back to work today. Yesterday was a great Labor Day. Started early with a motorcycle ride through the Rocky Mountains with my neighbor. I have a 2006 Ducati S2R1000, and he has a BMW R1200R. We went to Morrison, Kittredge, Pine Junction, Pine, Hwy 285, and all the great roads in between. After that we washed out bikes, had a few beers, then some rest. Dinner with the family was great, we went to an organic pizza parlor.

Today's weather is on the side of man. No more 90°+ weather in the forecast. Hence, I rode my motorcycle to work this morning. Even with my gloves, jacket and helmet, it was still chilly. I liked it. What I didn't care for was the traffic. I wish California wasn't the only state to allow lane-sharing.

1st Post

So here's the first post to a new blog. I don't think anyone will read it, we'll see. There's a lot going on right now in my life. I'm a dental office manager at an office in a legal battle, I have a wife with 1 kid and twins on the way. We have 2 dogs, and my mother-in-law lives with us (and she has 2 dogs, as well). It's a crazy household. Stay tuned...
